Synodical Women's Convention Forms 2016 Convention Booklet 2016 Convention Registration Form 2016 Vita Form - If you want to run for an office please fill out this form and bring it to the convention. Do not mail it to Nancy. Treasurer's Forms Form A - This form is used by congregational units when submitting regular offerings and synodical convention offerings and cluster meeting offerings to the synodical treasurer. Form B - This form is used by congregational units when submitting monies to churchwide. This would include Thankofferings, donations to Katie's Fund, Special Offerings, other Designated Gifts, including gifts to other ELCA ministries.
