The Eastern North Dakota Synodical Women's Organization serves Women of the Evangelical Church in America units in eight clusters in eastern North Dakota.  The board consists of four officers and one cluster representative from each of the eight clusters for a total of twelve women.

 All positions are elected by the voting members from each unit who gather together yearly at a convention held in varying places throughout eastern North Dakota. All positions are filled by elected volunteers.
